Met with us the day of installation with his workers and explained how they were going to tackle the job and stop in numerous times checking up on the progress and any questions that might of came up. Workers were also courteous and knowledgeable when I asked them about anything concerns during the work. Had tarps on the floor to walk in and cleaned everything up afterwards. He proposed a detailed solution and was able to schedule the work in a reasonable time frame. Tom was very thorough in explaining to us his theory as to why this remediation should prevent a future freeze. We found Tom and his team extremely pleasant to work with from beginning to end. They were also very careful to protect my furniture and minimize the mess. Tom went the extra mile to leave my space in a livable condition until I could schedule a walk repair person to come in. Overall, Tom is extremely knowledgeable and we had a high degree of confidence in his ability to diagnose and remediate our problem.
